Tradicional Terroir

Everything starts here, at 5200 meters above the sea. The natural filtration from the Atacazo moors, Pasochoa volcano and the beautiful Cotopaxi peak begin it’s adventure absorbing the history and memories of the region.

Ancient layers formed millions of year ago composed of volcanic rocks, sandstone, clay, and gravel work as a natural filter to form this unique water.

Artesian Spring

Tradicional water travels through different levels of the ground, structuring the composition, and absorbing the essence of the region.

In our artesian spring water flows naturally and effortlessly 27/7 at 14 degrees

Bottled at the source

Tradicional water was discovered on the Pasochoa volcano at 2,600 meter above sea. We bottled at the source without having any contact with the water.
